Hello Samantha,

I noticed something coming up on Christmas Day, on the telly, that made me think of you, and I remembered how you laughed at this story. It’s called “Superworm”, the book by Julia Donaldson, who wrote the Gruffalo stories as well and, also, “The Smartest Giant in Town”, which was one of Ryan’s favourites.

You loved Superworm so much that you learned every word long before you could read and could recite it perfectly. It was your favourite then.

I don’t know if you remember anything about it, but I will watch it on Christmas Day at 2:30, and will think of you laughing, and all the many, many stories we read together.

But now, I send Christmas wishes to you and Ryan. Have loads of fun together. I miss you lots, all the time, and will always love you.
