Hello Ryan
Suddenly last week, Jas, your cousin, wanted the Lego box out, and I was quite surprised because she is 17! But she laughed, and said you’re never too old for making Lego. So she made loads of things.
Then I remembered the photo of you making the Police Station. It was quite complicated, and took a while, but you loved it. You were always very good at concentrating, I remember, and it looked great when you’d finished it.
From my window, Ryan, the park here in Poole is a very sorry sight. There is hardly any water in the lake now, and every day many diggers are stopping up mud from the bottom, and moving it around the lake to make new islands. The other week, one of the diggers and one massive lorry sank deep into the mud, and it took about 3 days to get it out again! The swans are looking really grubby in the mud, and are probably quite confused without enough water. Everyone is looking forward to getting new seawater in when they open the sluice gates at the far side.
Dear Ryan, I hope all is well with you, and you love your new school. We all miss you very much of course. xx
